As part of our commitment to successful projects, we developed a indutrial size pilot facility, where we can process ponded ash. We typically process between 2 and 30 tons of ash to ensure we provide a fully representative sample for analysis of the Fly Ash we produce.
Samples of Beneficiated Ash
Starting a beneficiation project can be daunting and is a big commitment. For our customers it is important to understand what is involved and how the process will work. Every ash pond is different and the ash properties can vary , making some material more suitable for beneficiation.
Our PABS pilot is performed to verify process design parameters and to make our customers more comfortable and familiar with our PABS process.
Our customers will also receive samples of the final product. Additionally the product will be assessed by independent laboratories for chemical composition , water absorption, PSD, LOI and strength to ensure it complies with ASTM and other applicable standards for Fly Ash.
